Event Guidelines for Families

When attending RQS events such as performances, concerts, or district athletic games, please keep the following in mind:

• Parent/Guardian Supervision: All elementary students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter an event. Students must remain supervised by an adult for the entire event. 
• Seating: Students and families should remain seated unless visiting concessions or restrooms. 
• Tickets:
  • Tickets for district athletic events or performances must be purchased in advance through GoFan.
  • Tickets may sell out prior to the day of the event. 

Bag Policy and Security

• Backpacks are not allowed.
• Small purses or bags must be clear.

Safety Reminder

In the event of an emergency, staff will provide instructions over the PA system. Please note the nearest exit when entering the facility.
